Layering for Winter Expeditions!

One thing I’ve learned from my adventures at @itialaska is that you are constantly peeling off and putting layers back on. Whenever you’re engaging in aerobic exercise in a really cold environment, maintaining your body temperature and ensuring your sweat doesn’t freeze is absolutely vital. The second you feel a bead of sweat you need to have the discipline to stop and take a layer off because if your inner layer freezes. There can be some dire consequences. So winter adventurers, if you feel like you’re building up to a sweat, take a layer off! ๐Ÿ˜…
