My First NBA Game Experience

Today I will be talking about how fun it is to go to an NBA game and how everyone should do it at least once.

It was a Wednesday and I got out of school early, my dad picked me up and we went to a town called Alameda which is right next to the old Warriors arena. We walked around town and had lots of fun doing stuff like going in stores and checking things out. Then we drove to the stadium, we parked super far out so that we could run out of the Arena and not get stuck in traffic. When we finally got to the gates I met one of my best friends from the town I used to live in and there was a huge line at the gate. At the time, my dad worked at a company partnered with the Warriors so one of their employes was able to come to get us and let us skip the line. That was awesome! He took us through the stadium and to the tunnel where the players came out. We lined up on the edge and took our hats and jerseys of and we got awsome autographs. I got Stephen Currys and Kevin Durants and my friend got Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. Here is a tip for going to Warriors games, during the warmups go and sit in a front-row seat that isn’t yours and then move when the person gets there, then you get an awesome seat to watch the warmups in. After the warmups, we went and got food and then went to our seat to watch the game. It was an awesome experience. When the game was over, we sprinted out of the stadium, said bye to our friends, and went home. That was awesome!

You should definitely try going to an NBA game sometime in your life, it is awesome. You don’t need great seats either, one year we sat at the top of the stadium almost and it was almost better than sitting lower. Hope you have fun!
