Truly Excellent Ginger-and-Maple Spiked Tahini-Banana Popsicles
I’ve been head down the past couple of months, spending most waking hours working on my debut cookbook manuscript, and no-cooking or hacking our homemade meals. BUT, with the little time I have, man have I upped the frozen treat game in this house!

This past week, I used the ingredients in my pantry (specifically, happy little packets of Maple Syrup and Ginger-Aid hydration mix from Untapped) to whip up these creamy, dairy-free, ever-so-slightly sweetened popsicles.
Having a little fat and protein in your popsicle (from the coconut milk and tahini,) as well as a sweet carbohydrate boost from maple and banana helps jumpstart your recovery post run/ride/hike/romp. And, the addition of ginger -aid helps soothe bellies and speed hydration too.
