Zwift Workout – Mixed Session
Add some spice to your Zwift workouts with this custom workout. This workout includes a variety of intensity, but with specific posture and technique guidance. The intensity in this session is PYRAMIDAL. This means you can add this freestyle workout into your weekly mix without disrupting your overall intensity distribution plan.
