Ted King made his mark as one of the top US pro cyclists, riding in some of the world’s biggest races pulling for the likes of Peter Sagan, who if you don’t follow cycling is one of the legends of the sport. Ted officially retired from the pro tours in 2015, but is still a regular at events and tears it up at dirt, gravel, and road races as an ambassador for the sport. Ted takes us inside what it took to reach the top levels cycling as someone who never entered a race until college, as well as what he’s up to in the the hills of Vermont as co-founder of UnTapped, the maple-syrup powered food for athletes.
